Sub: Appreciation of work done for me by Navin Builders.
I had a small single storied house in Ashok Nagar standing on a piece of land measuring slightly more than 2 and half grounds.
I was interested in converting them into apartments, so that I can provide fairly large sized apartments each of my three sons and daughters.
I was on the lookout for a builder for a joint venture, who would be quality conscious for punctuality and ethical in principles. I have friends who are have had unfortunate encounters in the past in this regard.
In and around Ashok Nagar and West Mambalam, I found many new buildings carrying the Navin’s Logo, this gave me the confidence that I would be dealing with a company that has stood not only the test of time but was also reliable and trustworthy.
I was particular about three things,
Quality
Punctuality
Non Deviation
I made enquiries of the feedback about Navin’s, and was quite satisfied. I then ventured to meet Dr. R. Kumar, Managing Director of Navin Builders. He was quite affable and impressed me. I truly felt comfortable in his presence and knew at once that I had found my builder.
I entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Navin’s and with a lot of detail, they have provided me with Four 3 Bedroom apartments about 1650 sq.ft each with 3 balconies in a four storied structure on stilts to provide covered car parking for all residents.
He handed over completed buildings punctuality. Friends who visited during construction praised the quality of work. Visitors after completion were impressed with finish and design. It gave me immense pleasure and am very happy with the great job that they did.
Navin’s definitely does not fail to impress and gives the owner immense pleasure in owning a home.
I discovered that he was able to ensure quality by not sub-contracting; but by getting most of the construction done by his own team; a devoted , motivated work force, who went to great lengths to ensure all my needs were met. The staffs were most co-operative and accommodative in accepting suggestions for minor modifications.
This is of course all courtesy of great leadership and a vast knowledge on the subject of planning and building, incidentally Dr Kumar is most highly qualified specialist in his line of business.
If anyone seeks my advice, I recommend him whole heartedly.
I, Dr.S.Maharajan, is a comfortable content owner of one of Navin’s Flat (BT1) “Subhamangala” at Ramapuram, Chennai. Being a surgeon by profession, I admit about my lacunae in this real estate transactions. I was literally driven towards “Navin’s” as universally everyone guided “You can trust and buy any property from Navin’s as they are known for quality and genuine clear documentations.” Yes, during the entire transactions of my flat, I realized Navin’s integrity, simplicity and care to clear my genuine as well as anxiety related doubts.
